Avoid To Save Time And Stress

My mobile was faulty

My mobile was faulty, I returned it, they have had it for 5 weeks, continually say they can't find the fault. After 5 weeks I asked to cancel the contract as I have no mobile, they have just come back to say there would be a 30% charge for the iphone because now they have decided there are scratches front and back, it 100% was sent back as new, I used it rarely for 2 days as the home button was faulty and it had a heavy duty cover on it that I bought with the iphone. The service if things go wrong is terrible, do not use this company!

Avoid By All Means

Disgusting trader with questionable quality goods and service.

First of all, they sold me Samsung Galaxy s10 light manufactured for Italy. Quick set up guide in English was absent from the box.

Secondly, preinstalled apps were all in Italian as well as Samsung Pay app, constantly showing ads in Italian. Thirdly, the charger was faulty.

I obviously requested a refund as didn't want to deal with them.

They could not either provide pre-paid postal labels or collect the phone promptly.

Eventually, they collected a phone 8 days after I reported a fault and asked them to pick it up.As 2 weeks passed since the purchase O2 started bothering me asking to pay £521.83 as I stopped the direct debit to avoid chasing up O2 instead.

It all happened because those from buymobiles didn't take the trouble to get in touch with O2 and inform them that their grey origin phone had been returned.

Believe it or not, they sent me email on 22.06.2020 saying " we haven't received your phone and glad that you decided to keep it", or something like that.Despite that they signed for the device receipt on 4.06.2020.

Who are they after this?

That is right, clinical iiidddiiiots!

My advice to everyone is to avoid this company by all means.
