The worst computer shopping experience.

The computer did not work when it arrived. When I asked for a refund, they issued an incorrect return and refused to correct it. The issue ended up being that they did not assemble the computer correctly in the first place. Support was able to fix it after over a month. Suspiciously, two weeks after the warranty expired several of the keys on the keyboard stopped working most of the time, including the power button.

I wish I had seen all of the other google reviews before I shopped here.

"They sold me a pc they didn't have! I waited 12 days for them to tell me (When I complained) that they didnt have it in stock! It was coming from the manufacturer. Not the way to do business or keep steady customer base. They might want to adjust their business practices or go out of. In stock should mean in stock! Not a drop shipper. I CANCELED!!" GO ANYWHERE ELSE! UPDATE: If you finance your PC you lose the deposit. Xotic claims to the PC is "IN STOCK" with a MONTH out wait!
