I had an App on my phone but suddenly I had no access to Vinted account and also to mailbox which I used to register for. Two months of writing to Support and no luck. They just do not respond. I can see notifications from Vinted app but I cannot login to account. I have a balance around £100 and a few buyers who is asking some discount, question, etc. Vinted does not have any phone number or email address to write about the issue. Only the people can contact thru Help centre which is useless. Autoreply and nothing else. I do not know how to get online to my account now. Seems I lost £100 and 6 month of trading - waste of my life time. Very unprofessional behavior from Vinted.

Everything was going well, until a buyer and I needed support… the courier damaged the box in transit and the seller reported part of the package was lost and damaged. She contacted Vinted and their suggested response was to return the now incomplete and damaged items to me, which we both thought was ridiculous. She paid for insurance with the purchase and I used Evri, the Vinted chosen courier. Vinted refused any responsibility and have completely refused to help in any way beyond saying: it’s up to us to find a solution between us. Clearly the buyer wants the items as listed and I don’t want now incomplete and damaged items sent to me. Their customer service don’t have any intention of serving anyone except Vinted. Taking money for the cover in addition to the purchase price is therefore a sham. Wholly disreputable company. AVOID.

First time using. Stop using eBay for the same reason.

Buyer pays for item. But Vinted want to keep your money for weeks until they receive goods.
