I ordered a set of speakers over 3 weeks ago and after 10 days I contacted there support team, I haven't heard from the support team and there's is no other way of getting hold of them, there is no way I'd ever deal with this company again they are by far the worst I've dealt with

I ordered a car radio on the 4th March which hasn't been delivered yet (it's the 27th).

Noone answers their support ticket system and none of their telephone numbers get answered.

I have been waiting for over a week for my order to be dispatched despite choosing next day delivery. I have tried raising support tickets which is the only way to get in touch with the after sales support team, but despite their website saying they will respond within an hour, two days later I have not been replied to. My money has been taken but I have no idea if or when I will take delivery of my order.

Couldnt find what I was looking for after speaking to loads of different companies, but these guys had the answers to everything I needed to know and subsequently ordered with them.

I purchased a car stereo and ran into issues with international payment. During the correction of this issue, customer service (Damian) was easily reachable and extremely helpful. I appreciated the rapid turnaround on my questions and the kind and courteous nature of the communications. For similar purchases in the future, I would gladly order from Car Audio Plus.

i would recommend this site to anyone, i ordered my stereo on thursday evening about 9pm, it arrived on saturday at 12:10pm, this item travelled the whole length of the country, i also live on an island which makes it even more astounding, the quality of the item, the customer service, the delivery cannot be faulted, i will use this company again and i will be telling everyone i know about it too,

I ordered a present for my wifes birthday very late (typical man). The order was placed on a Friday afternoon at 2:30pm and my wifes birthday was on the Monday after the weekend. I was concerned that it would not arrive in time but to my surprise the item arrived on Saturday morning at 7:45am! Outstanding service and good communication. Would recommend to anyone.

I used this company as they "guarantee" next day delivery. This costed more but seemed worth it.

It actually took almost 2 weeks after I placed my order, for an instock item despite paying for "express delivery" (a guaranteed next day delivery service). During my lengthy wait I had the frustration of dealing with the customer support/sales team. Contrary to their job description the customer support team provided little support and certainly didn't provide any solution or adequate explanation, blaming it on their delivery company.
