arrival I went for a lie down on the double bed, ( I have spinal arthritis) traveling hurts my back, THERE WERE NO SLATS ON THE BED the mattress went straight through with myself resulting in excruciating pain in my back and my leg hit off the metal frame. 2nd complaint there was no concrete path anywhere near our steps to the caravan it was like a mud bath my husband slipped and fell onto the stairs he hurt his hands/arm and legs, he is a disabled man. 1 x pair of brand new ugg boots ruined £200, 1x pair of brand new WHITE nike air force trainers covered in mud. i have photos of the outside of caravan and the bed which im still sufferattacheding with extra back pain due to the incompetence of your housekeepers / inspection team as they should of noticed the condition of the bed when making it. My whole family have had a very disappointing experience and I would like to be compensated for all that we have been through.

Made an error online with date booking tried to rectify straight away but website wanted £40 admin fee. I've rung direct to Cresswell and have spoken to 3 separate people two of which have tried to get me to ring their central booking which only directs me back to online! Rang again and they were basically not sympathetic and said only way is to pay £40 admin fee. So it'll cost me more to cancel but I am going to cancel and will definitely not be using Parkdean ever again.

I read reviews about Camarthen Bay, but decided to go anyway and so glad we did.

Firstly the reception staff were happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Then there was an ants nest outside the door of our accommodation but we sprayed around it with our homemade insect repellent and no more ants for rest of visit. Then we ate at the boathouse a few times all food was satisfactory and enjoyed each time. Every single member of staff we encountered were polite, friendly and chatty. Reading other reviews, we did worry slightly before we arrived but we are so glad we went anyway. We had a wonderful week exploring the area and all of our needs and requests on site were met with professional and above all friendly members of staff. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Arrived at park Dean resort Carmarthenshire,Fri for long weekend,had booked a 8 berth ,17 Atlantic view ,had read not good reviews before we came so was x my fingers ,but no need to worry the caravan was beautiful,spotlessly clean and a stunning view over the sea we were a party of 5 but wanted a bigger caravan with decking area so booked this the decking was composite lovely and clean and the rails going round were white pvc very Modern very clean ,was a bit of a walk to the entertainment area I timed it at 15 mins so some less agile as my husband is needed a wheelchair which we took with us he can’t walk far and wouldn’t have been able to cope without it but we also had a .car so managed really well ,somthing to be aware of .the staff were great had a visit from reception on the Sat to check if we were happy,and needless to say we were ,shop could have been cheaper but surprised to find that the loaf we bought from Spar was 50p cheaper on site ,so bring your own food ,meals in the main bar area are also not cheap ,but probably on par with most places now ,we had drinks ,coffees,a few times but ate mostly in the caravan we were lucky weather was really good so ate on the decking most days even breakfast .all in all a lovely break ,by the way our caravan was called Pumpsant so would highly recommend booking this one .

Will never go to Trecco bay again!!! We came with family so wasn't my choice of place, first the caravan wasn't as described we were expecting a nice view , all we got was other caravans and gravely ground and all close together!! So pictures are misleading, didn't get what we paid for, would never have booked a caravan like that, when I mentioned it to a member of staff, she said it's a standard photo!! The site was too big so many caravans, looked awful! The caravan was quite comfortable but floors are filthy, not cleaned , carpets are stained and dirty so are the sofas and chairs , not good when you have a baby with you! The beds were ok thankfully but NO protector sheets on them. The beach is full of rocks, to get a decent one you have to walk right to the end and over the other side to another beach , as for the pavilion , way too noisy not necessary to be so loud and the showdome was the same drinks are too expensive, entertainment was bad. The boathouse restaurant was recommended , but I wouldn't eat there again was disgusting, I had a veg curry, wasn't what I would call a veg curry, full of mainly chick peas!! looked more like something the dog bought up , terrible, my husband and daughters food was cold! The Indian restaurant was ok but didn't taste authentic, as for the chip shop I wouldn't bother! Like someone else said chips were overpriced and half cooked, no proper selection of fish just says fish!!! So would never come here again, neither recommend it, will stick to Airbnb in Cornwall at least you get what you pay for and see! We packed up and left early!!!
