Good
Pretty good.
After trying other VPNs including Express, (the best for service, speed most times & uk tele) but not for price, Nord, (not at all good for uk tele), Tunnelbear, also several others. Some hiccups with all of them.
Privatevpn is good enough for speed, cost, uk tele & friendly service, as you say mostly by email, so overall I ended with them. Some minor hiccups with the software but not bad!
I'm not qualified about security but nevertheless like them.
