Hi, I was a Robs TV club member and followed the move to BTVC. The move went fairly well, yes it did have the odd hiccup but what new business doesn't

So I enjoyed many years of watching, I know we had problems with antenna being blown down, PCs blowing up, new landlines being fitted and even bank accounts being frozen. When the bank accounts and when a new PC was needed, I was one of the members to extend our membership so that they had some funds. So I felt that I was a friend of the club.

This all changed at the end of last year when both my account and my wife's account stopped working just after I had just paid a new subscription for another year for both accounts. I was locked out and so was my wife.

When I contacted the owner he stated the on some social media site I had slagged him off and his site. Whilst the first name was correct the initial for the surname was totally wrong. When he replied he still insisted that it was me. Despite me saying that I don't have any social media accounts ( I have seen others have grief on them and they seem to take up so much time, time that (I don't have to spare).

The outcome was that I got a partial refund to what I had paid and was barred for life.

Do I miss it .... well not really as using a good VPN (1/4) price of the BTVC I am able to get 99% of the channels and watch stuff when I want to not relying on a schedule complete with rewind and the like.

Good selection of channels with very good uptime.

Works on lots of devices (I have Android IPTV Box, also use in on my phone and my laptop).

Once in a while small issues such as one out of the 70 or so channels is offline (usually something obscure such as PBS America, rarely any issues with the most popular channels).

But overall compared to many IPTV services I've tried, this is probably the most reliable.

Awesome, can watch British TV when on holiday or working abroad, even using my phone as a modem for my laptop if the hotel wifi is down.

Loads of channels, TV guide, very good quality picture, no buffering, no problems with channels like with many IPTV providers (forced subtitles and other issues), clean (no spyware / popups etc) & easy to use website. Excellent value for money.

Much more channels than lots of other websites and very cheap considering.

So they took over from RobSat tv a few weeks ago. I had already paid them for 1 year so called GOLD Membership.

Then started OK for a week after progressively worse 'till today unable to login at all.

Before today all other sorts of problems ...................

Video files not found

No SD BBC1

No SD BBC2

No HD BBC1

No HD BBC2

+ many others too numerous to say.

They also never respond to any emails,

They put up on the www that it's being hacked etc etc.
