Awful Company
I would never ever buy a car from this company again. They have the worse after sales customer service department I have ever encountered. Once they have your money they are not interested in you anymore. I am pleased to say I have stopped two people buying their cars and hope to stop many more. They lie to you constantly. Beware do not buy from them.
Sorry to hear that you had experienced the same very poor customer service as I did. When you put a review on they ask if you want it to go to the company, I said yes, not that this made any difference. I even wrote directly to the top people and the head of Customer Service who said how important customer service was in an article. Didnt even get a reply, so that speaks for itself.
I am totally in agreement with this review and this weekend will post a review myself regarding my very poor experience with Ancaster Hyundai Croydon.

Pebley Beach Mechanics Pretty Woeful!
It has taken then 4 years to find the fault in the fuel tank and replace, it has taken then 3 years to establish leaking fuel pipes to the fuel injectors, they serviced my car and forgot to do the handbrake and forgot to put oil into the engine. They claim that he non starting issue was contaminated fuel - had it checked, came back clean, still wouldn't move from their position - that was when they discovered the faulty fuel tank!, end result an unhappy customer, a bill for £3,000 an external me ha is to find the fuel problem and another visit. Absolutely woeful service!
