I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to have had Attorney Kit Van Pelt recommended to me as I have had to set up an estate for my daughter. I am also very fortunate to have Paralegal Kim Hooker working on this as well. They have both been professional, kind, compassionate, and understanding as I had no idea where or how to start this process. Kit has been so willing to guide me through all of the steps involved in setting up an estate. She and Kim do not treat this as business as usual, but genuinely care about their clients.

From my initial phone consultation with Attorney Kit Van Pelt, I could tell that she was truly knowledgeable regarding the laws involved in probate and in the estate process. She was very up front regarding the process, and what my choices were in navigating through this exceedingly difficult and emotional process. I can honestly say that Kim and Kit do what they say they will do, and they never leave you hanging and wondering what is going on. They follow though on all issues in a very timely manner. Their communication is absolutely the best. When Kit or Kim tell you they will get back to you that is exactly what they do, and they do so in the timeframe they tell you.
