this company took almost $18.00 out of my account for the 6 month plan, but I signed for just 3 months, when I tried to log in they said it was an invalid account. I tried over and over again and I still got the message so I tried to look for a phone number there wasn't any. so they got my money and I got nothing. I am so mad right now because I can't get a hold of these people.

Made the HUGE mistake of trying this company...BIG MISTAKE!!!! I found out that there downloads are not as easy as they claim, so I asked for a refund and stop the subscrition I never even used...it was was the same day I got the subscrition that I tried to cancel...to no statisfaction. I was told they would not refund my money! The bottom line is this...see all the bad reviews tells me it is just a matter of time before this company goes down the toilet!! The way they do business it is just a matter of time!!

If youre curious why you cant find anyway to correspond with the operators of this website its because they are thieves!!! They stole money for me over a year ago and I have filed complaints with every site I can find. Other than hiring a lawyer I dont think there is a way to get my money back. Its not the $2_+ dollars its the ethics behind it. They know what they are doing and until someone with cash to take them down steps up they will keep on taking. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

i signed up got crappy ringtones got charged for 6 months when i only wanted one,then when i try to get a refund they said no because i downloaded to crappy ringtones and they canceled my membership with no refund.so if you thinking about signing up DONT do it unless you want to give 24$ for nothing

I opened an account, gave my credit card number just to be RIPPED OFF! Ringtone costs 1,99 I couldn't even use the ringtone and was charged 2 times $23.94 in my bank account. that's a terrible way to make business.
