Avoid Them I Strongly Suggest That You Avoid Using This Book
avoid them I strongly suggest that you avoid using this bookmaker. I wish I had realised when I joined them. I've placed a few bets through their site and it wasn't until I won a bet this weekend that their misleading activities came to light. I then did a Google search on them and found that they an extensive bad reputation. I made a request to withdraw my winnings back to the account I'd used to make the deposit. Almost immediately I received an absurd email from the claiming my account had "similarities" to some other user. They quoted this alleged user's name and the person is not even of the same gender as me! I've only ever had the one NetBet account. This is the email they sent: “While reviewing the withdrawal you registered on player account 111, we noticed that you share common personal data with account XX. To process your winnings in security, please provide us with an explanation regarding the similarities encountered between the two accounts. We look forward to your reply.” A Google search revealed that this is their standard scheme they use to try to avoid paying their customers their money back. Unfortunately for them I will not fall for it and I'm beginning legal action against them on Monday morning if they've not sent my withdrawal through by then.
