False Promises
seeing a promotion for the Cheltenham festival offering £30 credit on your first £10 bet,i went ahead and registered.the headline promotion did not say that your very first bet had to be £10 and so I placed a smaller bet first but then a £10 bet later.i assumed I would receive my £30 bonus after the 48hrs stipulated but when this did not appear I made an enquiry and was told that if I had read the t&c's I was disqualified because my very first bet had to be £10.i got nowhere with my complaint to them and have now cancelled my account-their loss.
do not believe this companies promotions because there is probably a catch.
