DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Bad service, Really disappointed, the handle broke after the second use. Contacted company, asked me to post the case and said I will need to pay for repair as it was just out of warranty. I don't expect something so 'durable' to break after 2 uses. Buy from a legitimate company. These people need customer service training! BE WARNED!!!!!

I bought the Cyclone trolley luggage with four wheels Model Iris.

When I bought it they told me it was a very good quality, at first sight it looks like it. But don't allow yourself to be full by the appearance.

The quality of the wheels are terrible, they start breaking after 4 times of use and after a year is completely broken. From the beginning, the wheels were making so much noise, I thought it just my idea until I notice people turning back to see what was going on ( it was a simple luggage, cyclone - Iris model ). Then I realised that the wheels were wearing off and very quick and that was making the noise.

They mentioned the luggage has 2 year warranty, but you have to pay for all costs, meaning you ended up paying nearly the price of the bag for posting.

So, better to go to Samsonite or buy a very expensive luggage that provides great service instead of going through this nightmare. Or just for a cheaper option, they are loads of better options than this.

I'm saving you the hassle, don't buy cyclone luggages.

Dont buy a cyclone luggage, they might look as if they are of good quality, but they actually break after several uses.

I bought this cyclone luggage, Iris model and after 7 months the wheel was completely broken, the advertised 2 years warranty but they don't really care about the customer. You will need to pay for delivery which is nearly the price of the luggage.

They gave me the incorrect information about where to drop the luggage as I said I didn't want to send the luggage for the costs and I preferred to drop it. When I was looking at the address the shop onwer were telling they dont sell cyclone brand anymore because it's of very bad quality and very expensive.

Don't waste your time and money,

I purchased a medium-sized Don suitcase. It is very well constructed, with excellent quality handles and wheels. The extra handles in the body of the body of the suitcase are very useful. The internal organization is good, with useful zip up sections, and restraining straps. The quality of the luggage is a huge step up from some old Antler cases I had. In terms of value for money, I think the case is a great deal - certainly less well known than the likes of Mandarina Duck or Samsonite, but nonetheless excellent quality and at a fair price.

I should also say that the service of the Cyclone team in getting a case out to me at short notice was excellent - friendly, helpful and effective. I got the case in less than 24 hours, delivered to my home address.

Used these bags on recent holidays. Excellent amount of space/pockets inside, sturdy, easily identifiable in the airport and extremely easy to manoeuvre on wheels.

We got 2 sets of the black cyclone luggage set for a recent trip to India. The bags were extremely light, very easy to move around and extremely sturdy. We travelled to various places and there was not a scratch onthe suitcases. The shape makes it very easy to pack things and the zipped mesh pocket keeps clothes securely - no spilling out of clothes on opening the bags. The cases look great and were very easy to identify on the luggage belts at the airport. Everyone commented on the great luggage.

We ordered a set of 3 black luggage bags for long distance travel and must say the quality and design of this luggage is brilliant. Superb durability and internal capacity seems endless! They are also lightweight, easy to move around and withstand the stresses of travel. Bought a set for travel to a destination indian wedding and by far the least stressful packing experience because of these bags. Everyone has asked us where we bought our luggage from and you know the product is good if everyone else wants it too! We would highly recommend this to all. Will definately be purchasing more of these.

I bought a cyclone suitcase (yellow one) as i am a frequent traveller and have found it to be extremely durable (considering dodgy airport handling!), easily found on the belt, much lighter than other suitcases and more stylish and much better value for money than other leading brands! Would definitely reccomend!

Having to travel frequently all over the UK for work the need for a decent strong bag became obvious.

A colleague recommended the Cyclone so I bought one.

Since then, noticing the ease of use and manoeuvrability I bought two more for the parents. (I’m 30).

They’ve also complemented the durability, design style and I've noticed they don't struggle like they used to with the old bag.

Definitely a good move.
