A 4 star hotel about it likes a joke. In my opinion it was a 2 star hotel and I paid for a 4 star one. It was a very old hotel and nothing was clean specially carpets and bath. The facilities on the web site (such as tea-maker) are not really included. The stuff was not kindly. The breakfast was poor and incomparable to a 4 star hotel. Totally the value of money was high and not worth it. We fell sorry to choose Crystal hotel.
