Santa Susana, Mercury Hotel

If we had known how much noise we would be expected to put up with in this hotel we definitely would not of come!! The restaurant was unbearably noisy and as for the food!!! Well what can I say? We Britain's aren't catered for. My daughter and I are the only English speaking guests staying here. The staff are not helpful or friendly. We have not been down to the pool due to the noise, I have never been anywhere where the noise level has been this bad. (And I have worked in a secondary school).
