Very Dull Hotel. For The Simple Reason Of The Step
Very dull hotel. For the simple reason of the steps, 174 of them, up a steep hill, I would not reccommend it. Rooms not really cleaned well, only cleaned once in a week. No bar opened in the evening. A real budget holiday.

Always loved this hotel apart from all the steps to get to it.
Have been to Santa Ponsa several times now and each year its getting more and more expensive without any of the businesses reinvesting in modern culture and in turn the resort is getting less and less tourists with last year being so so quiet. Places on the main strip vary so much in price for the same drinks and food that its hard to comprehend why. For example The Dubliner bar which has been there for years sees fit to serve awful food and poor service but charges way more than anyone else? Up the road from this in Made in Italy, you get fresh produce for half the price? Why? Other bars like Simplys and Hotshots offer cheap drinks at the steps but when you actually ask for them they are cheap sickly Spanish versions of real alcoholic beverages. Aside from this the resort has nearly a guaranteed heat factor, friendly atmosphere in most places and something for everyone. Someone just needs to get together and decide on placating tourists like us and charge reasonable prices and it could all become a busy resort again.

i would certainly recommend this hotel to people of all ages.i was last in it 3 years ago an im headin bk in September again.cannot wait.room was big,airy and clean.Hotel Staff were Friendly and bar entertainment was good.Definatly a hotel for people of all ages especially couples and families.overall, loved the whole Santa Ponsa experience.

Clean, massive rooms and the cleaning lady did an AMAZING job on our apartment she was an angel! other staff cud do with bein a bit friendlier but overall they were grand. Value for money is alritish but i booked last minute so I duno how that affected it! wouldnt recomend for older people cos ther was a fair few young people getin drunk!..oh dear god the steps, dyin of a hangover in the scorchin sun = not a good idea!! but taxi's are cheap so it was fine. rafters food is lovely and the irish pubs are great fun!..I'd definitely go back again!

yea clean room, great view, friendly rep. the actual hotel staff werent friendly at all. and i came bak lighter than heavier in weight actually from all those 176 steps up and down to the strip and hotel, oh and go to rafters restaurant opposite hot shots bar, better than mrs.murphys kitchen!

I Feel That The Bins Should Of Been Collected Ever
I feel that the bins should of been collected everyday due to the heat an the smell. Entertainment within hotel leaves alot to be desired. The receptionist at Vista Club Apartments speaks english when he wants to. Food needs to be fresher not a boil in the bag curry and a rubber burger. Guest should be evicted when they cause 2 hours worth of problems and shouting at 4am in the morning. When people spent good money to go on a holiday they expect a speedy response from hotel staff if anti social behaviour begins, not responding after an hour of door kicking shouting and smashing of bottles and chairs being broken off doors of apartment until 6am in the morning. First choice reps should have more knowledge of area and attractions as when we arrived on the first day the 30th May 2009 we asked our rep for brochures on what to do in the resort and her response was, "well what would you like to do" sure we didnt know we only got there that morning. Rep also kept sendiong us up to magaluff to do things, if i wanted to go to magaluff i would of booked a hotel there. I feel that all couples should be kept together in 1 block and families in another, and last minutes bookers together. other than that santa ponsa was a beautifull place to go i just would not reccomend this hotel at all to anyone!

Me and 5 of my friends went to Vista Club on the 27th June for 2 weeks. We are all 18 years old and we had the best time ever!! Would definitely advise people to go, everything about it was brill!!

The Holiday At Vista Club Apartments Was Brillian
The holiday at Vista Club Apartments was brilliant and I would honestly recommend it to everyone!! There are loads of shops around and nice places to eat eg Mrs Murphys Kitchen. There is loads of fun for the kids as the entertainers would do fun and games during the day in and around the pool and then do a show in the evening- they were brilliant and made an effort to get to know everyone. The beach is really nice and clean and the weather was brilliant!!
