I first used Sure Car Hire in August 2022 and was pleased at how good the service was, so I decided to use them again in July 2023. As soon as I sent Sergios a WhatsApp to ask for availability he immediately replied back to me and addressed me by my name. He asked if I would like a car delivered to the same hotel as last year which made the communication feel very personal. The second time the service was even better. This is a company that values their customers. I will always go back to them when I'm in Cyprus.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Yannis was extremely responsive to messages before we arrived, helped select a vehicle for us, met us outside the airport with our rental car, and kept in touch constantly when we needed anything.

I will start at the beginning. Booking... really easy , fantastic price for 2 cars for 2 weeks . An 8 seater Nissan Serena and the other car , hyundai i30.

Best price we could find for 2 weeks in June .

I was a bit worried as it was the cheapest but I did not need to be .

The communication from Sergios was brilliant. All via WhatsApp after the initial email booking so it was easy .

We were met at the airport (10pm)

By Sergios and his collegue. Cars ready outside and away we went .

We had 2 small issues with the cars . Hyundai key broke , told sergios . Car exchanged that day to a better model . Then the Air-conditioning broke on the 8 seater and we had a new car the same day . Not sure a bigger company would do this as quickly.

Dropping cars off was easy too. Arranged a drop off tike at the departures and Sergios and his team were there to meet us.

We were over the moon with the cars and the company and I would recommend anyone coming to Cyprus to use these guys .

Sure Drive was very helpful and accommodating. They brought their car to me and even went back to change it because of a mistake I made during booking. I needed to extend my stay and they managed to accommodate my needs seamlessly. They were waiting for me at the airport where they helped with my luggage. Overall excellent service, will be renting from them again.

I was very happy with the service all parts of the process went smoothly. The van we rented was in great condition at a convenient location washed and ready!
