I booked with CTT car for their claim that there were no hidden expenses and for offering full ensurance with zero excess. After booking on line and a couple of phone calls I received a confirmation with 6 euro extra than the price displayed upon booking (80 eur instead of 74 eur). Then upon arrival in the airport, the gentleman was quite kind and helpful. Upon signing the contract I realized that the zero excess insurance was also a lie. The contract indicated 100 euro excess. Finally upon paying, I was charged an extra 35 EUR for a half tank fuel. This is was an exagerated price. When I had to refill I only paid 15 EUR. The service is satisfactory with a plenty of hidden expenses.

Originally we booked a car for 2 weeks but decided to extend for another 2 weeks. Hunting for a bargain, we checked 5 or 6 car rentals in Paphos. Minimum difference was 100 Euro!!! (Plus, the deposits for the excess, anything between 350 and 1250 euro !!!) Considering that CTT Car Hire offers insurance included in the rental rate and NO excess is required in case of an accident, it is truly the best price!!!

Now about the service- Yarek (I hope I spelt the name correctly) handled our rental, and frankly it was nice, laid-back Cypriot service. The car was neat and clean, the baby seat was spotless and the paperwork took only a few minutes. So far, it's the best car rental service I used (among companies from South Africa, New Zealand, UK and the USA)

Will definitely return with a big smile ! :)
