Universal Car Rental

I hired a car from Universal car rental in Torronto, Canada. The website price was grossly misleading and the price paid ended up being triple the quote. After using the car we left it in a car park for a couple fo hours. When we tried to start the car we found the battery was dead. The temp with windchill was - 22c and we realise we were in serious trouble. The car hire office failed to respond to our calls and there was no breakdown service number. We also discovered the car did not have winter tires as it was not a legal requirement. The next day the company replaced the car without any compensation and had the audacity to point out a dent which we refuted. We actually could not see the dent but the guy insisted that in a certain light ther was one! Having travlled throughout the world I have never felt so unsafe and so conned. Do not use this firm.
