disgusted with this outfit. eighth and last cruise now. over £3000 paid for what should have been a great holiday. should have just burnt the money. the food is absolutely disgusting!! straight out of boxes and thrown in the microwave. if it aint out of a box for dinner that night, its out of the freezer. all processed muck. they load the boat up at the beginning of the cruise, so saving money on having to load fresh supplies during the trip. they don't tell you that in the adverts!!

the boat stank of sewage throughout the holiday on most decks. I wrote a letter of complaint, and they just poo pood it. they even insulted me , by offering £200 voucher off my next cruise. obviously, couldn't be bothered to read my letter properly, because I ended the letter by saying don't send a voucher because it was the last cruise I was taking.

a cruise used to be the height of indulgence. top notch food, and elegant surroundings and service. pong and odour ( p and o )have now reduced it to butlins on sea.

don't waste your money on this outfit. it's depressing and a rip off!!!
