Don't Touch, Dont Even Entertain Using Them....

Warning this review comes with the prior knowledge that they have a set of standard responses which they like to use to justify their own deceitful activities and dodgy trading practices.

I do not expect it to be answered properly but that a standard set of pre-saved paragraphs be provided to address the comments contained here on in.

Firstly, allow me let to explain a simple fact. The strike price that thousands of us bite the cherry at does not, never did and will never exist. Fact. This is a false price. Fact.

The price is being advertised to merely lure unsuspecting people like me into a trap and get us to enter our credit card details under the misapprehension that we are “buying” a ticket. We are not.

What we are doing is being tricked into committing a large sum of our hard-earned money towards a flight price that is only going to ultimately cost us more than we bargained for.

I will go on further to say that they are getting away with it.

I paid what I thought was a bargain price for a flight. Within a few short minutes, “Agent” called me to say that, upon checking with the airline, the price was not available and if I wanted that flight then I needed to pay an extra £ 300! Bull.

He didn’t check with the airline; he knew it was never available. “Ok,” I said. I’ll simply cancel. Here then lies the problem. He goes on to explain that the money has now been taken (sure enough it had as my online banking app showed me so), and that it would take between 9 to 12 weeks for him to process a refund. together with a cancellation fee of course.

I was livid. I couldn’t afford to have that money tied up for that period of time. So, what did I do? Feeling like a mug I firstly checked the authenticity of the company, read the hundreds of damning reviews from a plethora of websites and decided to simply fork out the extra £ 300 in order to secure the flight.

It appears people who hold out and can have that money tied up on the credit card (paying interest om it of course in many cases), do eventually get the refund minus an extortionate cancellation fee. That doesn't include me though.

They are misleading, cheating, blackmail artists is what they are.

A bunch of illiterates, Pidgeon English speaking guys who are seemingly having the last laugh.

As a “gesture” they further tried persuading me that by paying the extra £ 300 that they would offer me a £ 150 discount if I booked a hotel with them. They have no website through which to book said hotel. Instead, agent asked me for the name of some hotels I might be interested in and then reverted to me with a price. I know my hotels at my destination, and I know their prices. He basically reverted to me with a price which I had, in the interim, price comparison Website and got at a third of the price. So again, untrue, disgusting cheating charlatans.

Avoid these people like the plague. Avoid like a headache. Their “UK based offices” are simply an offshore foreign boiler house and they need burning down.

Cue the standard response to this review from them now…. tricking, cheating charlatans!!!! I invite you to share this review as far and wide as you can.
