Payment taken no goods or contact, phone dead, no response to emails.

I ordered from these a few months back , never got my goods or my money back nor could i make any contact. I checked back on their website and have now noticed they changed their name so beware, these cowboys are now trading as sports vision plus !!! you have been warned

Dreadful company..ordered Adidas Yodai ski goggles Feb 11 and they never arrived.As with other people I could not contact compant and no response to emails yet moned immediately debited from bank account. I reported company to Trading Standards and they suggested a letter I should send. I also contacted my bank to claim bck via Visadebit cashback scheme - see moneysavingsexpert website for details. Eventually got money credited back to bank few days ago. I consider myself very lucky!! I wish i had read this site first.

I ordered squash goggles on Feb 6th 2011. I tried to contact them about delivery as they hadn't arrived, although the money was taken immediately. The phone numbers are dead, as are the links on the website. E-mail not answered. i wish i'd read the reviews first! I cannot understand how this company is allowed to continue to advertise and STEAL money from people.

I have reported them to the police and the Office of Fair Trading but really, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you see some improvement in the reviews. I would give a zero rating and zero vfm if this site allowed.

Don't buy from Go Sports Spex! Ordered and never received prescription swimming goggles from them. A scam. Luckily paid via PayPal and PayPal's excellent complaints service recovered my money for me. This is definitely a 'fake' company. DON'T touch them with a barge pole.

I have had the same experience. Ordered via the website, payment taken by RBS Worldpay, then no contact from the Company, either via email or phone, and now the lines are disconnected. RBS should stop acting for this bunch I think! Now trying to recover money via my credit card company.

FRAUDULENT - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE under any circumstances!!

Order placed 13 Dec 10 and no confirmation email received (only my RBS worldpay transaction confirmation from the credit card)

Snow, Christmas and New Year comes and goes and no sign of my goggles. Email sent last week asking where my order is - no reply. Today I tried to call both of the landline numbers on their website - both led only to continuous unobtainable tones.

Am now sorting out compensation via my credit card.

Is there any method of raising a fraud warning to get this type of website shut down???

I ordered a cycling helmet on november 2010 and I'm still waiting it. They never confirmed the payment and did'n answer mails and calls. It is an internet fraud because the tolerance of british laws. I will go to the spanish police and rbs bank becauase they shoudn't stole more people. They steal me 72 euros.

Ordered £80 Bolle ski Goggles with debit card before reading the review websites. What a mistake. The money was debited from the account immediately-then no order confirmation.None of the phone numbers work from their 2 websites, lines sound disconnected- long tone. No email responses.DO NOT ORDER!Considering filling out a fraud form any minute.
