Grind King

Theyre bad. the allen Key is impossible to find so I had to replace the king pin But then the bushings got squished so I got shortys doh doh rock hards and even theyve got squished and now the trucks curve and they get loose really easily. However maybe if you have the right allen key they might work fine. I wouldnt reccomend them but if you want to try them just look up what allen key size you need before you buy them.

Not good.I Got them coz they are light which they are and that is good. Had to replace the inferior bushings imediately and trashed the hex key hole in the process as the pin jammed. Finally got it back in and didnt dare touch them in case I trashed them even more. Just the other day I went to remove the bushings and the pin is so jammed that I have now tottally trashed them and they have stressed me right out. They are going in the Trash where they belong. BUY INDIES!!!!!!

The good points:

-Incredibly light.

-Grinding is easier and the grind space is unrivaled.

The Bad points:

-Tendency to loosen very quickly.

-Tendency to warp the king pin washer until it drops right off.

-The right allen key is a nightmare to get hold of to tighten them.

Basically the for every good point there is the problem of the loosening trucks, which completely outweighs the good points because how can you grind well with loose trucks?

Basically get some Indys. I had grind kings for two years and theyv caused me nothing but trouble but my Indys havent caused me one problem.

i use thunders but i wanted to try out grindkings, they are the best i ever bought. the only bad thing is they come loose way to easy, but they are very light and durable

I have been skating grind kings science 1997 and in that time i have tried alot of other trucks and none compare to grind kings there light and grind great but they get lose after awhile so i have always used yellow doh dohs

and this fixes the problem cause you can tighten them down more and the bushings are still soft , the only other trucks that i have liked are thunders

but GKs are the best

Grind King trucks are good if you take care of them and I definitely recommend them but remember to tighten your trucks when you feel something wrong with them.

All over not too bad. Hardly any stick while grinding

There is aparently a 300 year gaurentee against slip and kingpin breakage but now i have snapped 4 kingpins and 2 hangers and there gaurentee doesnt stand for anything they wont even offer a new kingpin or truck

Awsome trucks had mine for a year light durable and are primo for ledges. I would buy another set of GKs if there were no independent or thunders the bad thing about gks is they dont tighten they are loose but you soon get used to it and there are all gravy but seriously get indys cause they arent heavy last way longer than any truck out there.
