Spoke to a lady first contact via email and phone, it’s so reassuring when someone knows their products, thus giving you the information you require, I needed to transfer a Parrot to my new car, I had phoned three other companies previously and they didn’t give me much confidence, I booked my car in for the Friday at their premises in brislington, ( they will also come to you in one of their fully kitted out vehicles if required) I arrived 7-15 am, vehicle was worked on within ten minutes of my arrival, job done , I was on my way

Oh , alert !! Someone previous had fitted my microphone and left it in my car, apparently it had been fitted in a way that the airbag would not have gone off correctly, so my advice ?, call the person I dealt with,

Great products, high quality, great service,recently had a t5 racked out with sortimo modular light weight racking, flooring and drop down vice, also had a t5 ply line kit and carpeted highly recommend, very friendly and helpful.

This company were extremely helpful. The person I dealt with was very friendly and accommodating when arranging an appointment. The manager fixed my problem as soon as I arrived (even though I didn’t give a specific time) and went above and beyond to help me. I was charged an extremely good rate! I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone. I couldn’t have been happier with their service!

Product is good and easy to fit, but will certainly need two people to load onto roofbars as product is quite heavy.

I fitted this to my original roof rack (non Rhino) as it was a good one I'd recently purchased, with no problems, comes with universal rubber moulds to suit several types roof bars.

You will need to purchase a padlock to secure it.

Delivery, communication and aftersales was good, would highly recommend.

Vehicle Accessories came recommended by my main BMW dealer and certainly deserve an excellent reputation. They fitted my Parrot Mki9000 Bluetooth handsfree kit neatly and expertly. The engineer managed to work with a faulty part which would have made a DIY fit impossible. All round good service!
