I ordered a top of the range dash camera from this company they are listed as an authorised seller of blackvue products in the UK, however I wouldn't recommend any purchase from this firm.

I ordered my blackvue DR500GW HD via there online website and the next day I received email confirmation from UPS saying my parcel was on route, great so far so good although due to the short notice I couldn't take the day off work for delivery I assumed that they would leave a card stating delivery alternatives which they did, it cost me £5 to an 0845 number to change delivery to work but I accepted this and next day received the parcel.

I opened the well sealed box and set up my dash cam. after the first day of use I took out the SD to take home for viewing to check out the quality only to find that the SD card had footage already on it, not belonging to me and looking at the date stamps it had been used on and off for 10 months prior. So basically I've been sold a second hand product and they'd taken the time to re seal all the packaging as new.

When I complained they offered no real explanation nor apology.

They offered a brand new product to be delivered and swapped with the old ok I say (they've messed up and are willing to fix it let's move on) they promised the new unit to be delivered Monday between 8-5.30 I've taken the day off only to have no delivery or collection take place. I obviously contacted them and they blamed UPS and and tried to say my original unit was all brand new apart from the SD card I'm sorry but if you open that seal on a box then that product becomes second hand in my eyes. I asked for a full refund which they replied they need to get back to me tomorrow morning "once they've had a response from UPS"

so I contacted UPS directly there is no delivery on there books for my address.....

I might of just been an unlucky customer but all the signs say a two bob company and I really can't recommend them.

I'm reckoning for a fight on my hands with regards a refund but if you want my advice avoid at all costs.
