No Work Done Then Tried To Charge Astronomical Amounts
I took my Porsche in for a MOT but unfortunately both my door mechanisms had frozen due to the bad winter we had. They had 6 days to diagnosis this problem and then asked my permission to cut into my door car card to get the mechsnism out. Once out they attempted to charge me £800 for the pair of locks that was £64 for the pair online. So all in all my final bill for a destroyed door card, 6 days in loss of a everyday car and my insurance being invalidated due to no MOT, was £186 which they claimed was 2 hour of labour. Absolutely disgusting and the attempt to rip off someone who Was desperate disgusting. They even priced me up £465 for an ABS light to be fixed when they had no idea of the source of the issue. After I left the premises I quickly found they didn’t secure the glass outside of the door card and it smashed on the drive home. DO NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN. I will be chasing my funds back through a small claims court.

Stay Away. Worse Garage Ever....dishonest Very Poor
Nightmare garage. Very aggressive incompetent staff car went through 3rd party for a full service kept the car over night I had to agree to having tyre's replaced, although Dixon's advertise the best tyre service they failed in supplying them. On picking car up I noticed the engine light on & service oil light on even though it was supposed to have an oil change?& The dash warning lights should of been checked & was not. On challenging the staff I was met with patronizing comments,yes the lights are on..not doing a diagnostic as stated on the service.
I was then met with agresion from 1 mechanic. Very very poor garage wouldn't recommend to any one.
