Waste Of One Star
I wish I didn't have to give them even 1 star. When it comes to incompetence, it just can not get any worse than Alexander Faulkner Partnership. A bunch of unprofessional staff just pretending to do what they can not do. Good luck even getting a response from them. It is almost like they don't even know how to use email. Nothing, I mean NOTHING gets done. All your correspondence an queries are simply ignored, leaving you frustrated. If you are considering changing your management company, stay well clear of this company. They are part of First Port property management and all you have to do is go and read their reviews on trust pilot or Facebook to get a sense of what you will be signing up for - DISASTER
I wasn't warned when I chose them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

If I Could Give Them 0 Stars I Would
This company is utterly incompetent. They're currently still trying to unlawfully garner £80 in "Ground Rent" from me - which their (clearly inept) system shows is owed from 2022 - a time when THEY WEREN'T EVEN THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR THE FLAT WHERE I LIVE. Last year I was asked to e-mail them evidence that I had paid this "Ground Rent" (which is actually just a curry fund for Alexander Faulkner). I duly e-mailed them the evidence, and this evidence was then CC'd to another person - but it was clear that NOTHING was actually looked into, because after receiving ANOTHER demand for £80 that I do not owe them, I called them again only to be told that their system is still showing that £80 is outstanding from 2022. I have asked them to send me evidence they were the property management company for our flats in 2022 - which should be interesting - because they weren't.
This is a company that is great at chasing up debts that do not exist, and trying to take money that isn't theirs, but not so great at actually doing a day's work and looking into simple, straightforward e-mails sent to them when they're caught out trying to take money.
Clearly property management is not for them. Maybe they'd be good at the debt collector game...? That's once they've learned how to use computers, of course.

Rubbish Maintenance Company
Absolutely rubbish this company is they do not do their job at all that they are paid to do as our area is a complete mess & expect extra to tidy up when they are making near to £27k on just 80 houses. AVOID THIS COMPANY ALL COSTS.
Shamefully Unprofessional And Disappointing
Sadly the property manager appointed by Alexander Faulkner to our block of flats appears to be just as bad as the last property manager we had from Eddisons Daniells Harrison. I am beginning to wonder if it is possible to find a good one? Please share if you have. Whilst our new property manager is only a few months into the role and still on boarding we have been feed nothing but nonsense from her. First thing she told us (and she's repeated it several times since) is that we are only one of her clients who are all much bigger than us so she doesn't have time for us! Noted: our needs are not her priority.
The previous agent failed to maintain the building - not her fault (although we have yet to see any maintenance from her either), but when I wrote asking for compensation for damage done to my personal property from a maintenance failure in a communal area I was told that our freehold management company, who are ultimately responsible for maintenance, is not liable for the damage caused to my property as a result of their negligence BUT, if I (a mere tenant) fix the problem, even though I'm not responsible, I could be liable if a claim were to follow!! I despair. I do get that good intentions can leave you exposed but to try and claim the company has no liability for damage caused as a result of their neglect is pure madness. She has declined my claim - what can I do? I have to say I laughed hysterically to start with but only because I was in shock. I truly despair.
They have a new manager she's also rubbish as well they don't care about us struggling on the housing association they have now doubled our fees from £152.04 to £329.13 a year & we were only told about it this year now we have a back payment of £511.20 a year we owe which is Ludacris I only work in a supermarket finding more money I'll have to work another day & I'm already working 6 days. This company has no morals whatsoever & don't care about us on the social. For looking after fields & trimming hedging out if 80 dwellings they are making near to £27k a year for just cutting grass & trimming hedging it's madness, they don't even pick up any rubbish that's been there for a few years when I've mentioned it they say it's not their responsibility to pick up rubbish & that would be extra on top of the £27k they are already making, that's just Ludacris.
