I have been pestered by this company , who feebly state I indicated that I wanted to be called by them. Utter Rubbish. My phone is registered NOT to receive cold calls . Shame on them. This is an honest assessment made by someone who has no need of their services and they will not tell me who has sold on to them my details .

I was reluctant to admit how much debt I was in but once the call was made and the friendly voice and not make me feel stupid or humiliated I reilised as was in good hands. I have several payday loans ans weel as other loans , nothing was a problem and my account manager is wonderful and keeps me calm and handles all my worries . So glad a mad that first call

I have just entered Debt management with this company. I have got good initial service but what will happen later cannot say much. They have been in regular contact with me. I will update later on with my experience.

In comparison with other company they are honest and customer focus . All other company ask me to pay more while hiding the fact they can negotiate with creditor with minimum payment. paying less in difficult time will of course help with other company didn't advise.

I have recently completed my 60 month IVA payment and subsequently the whole agreement. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for helping me manage my debt and I have had no problems with yourselves whatsoever throughout the agreement. I would highly recommend your services to anyone in a similar situation.

I have been with them for 2 years. If you work with them and stick to your end of the agreement, then it is worth while. It has taken me just over 2 years to clear my debts.

That is due to there help in early settlements and paying off a little more on the debt when you can.

They are all very helpful and friendly.

I don't have any complaints at all as they did what they agreed to.

Money Debt and Credit went out of their way to help me with my debt.I had a really sympathetic adviser.He did everything he could to ease my worries and to tell me what options i had.I started with a Debt Management Plan.Then the adviser rang me to say he could sort out an IVA for me,and save me another £100 per month.I was rang on a regular basis,keeping me informed of every step of the process.I'm probably not allowd to mention names,but this man did every thing he could for me.Kevin Horrod,thank you very much for everything.

I was in series financial problems and needed help I phoned the money debt company that not only helped me but changed my life there level of service and support was a amazing they kept me in contact about my IVA never gave up and helped me change my life and aloud me to rebuild my financial problems forward and with out there level of help and support I would not be where I am today. I would say for me this company is first sorry no world class the level of service changed my mind about IVA and as I said changed my life. I have a lot to thank them for with there skills and knowledge there is life out there after debt so I would always suggest you talk to money debt first and ask for EJ very helpful and will go a long way in the company.

Don't normally write reviews but felt I had too after the miracles that the advisor, Richard, at Moneydebt and Credit did for me. I was really struggling and worried I'd lose my house and everything, but they explained all the options to me very clearly and we decided an IVA was by far the best option. Things are clear and stable now and can't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend to anyone with real money worries - and the sooner you do something about it, the sooner it'll be fixed! From the first initial phone call to the final conclusion of my IVA I have found the staff at MD&C to be friendly, proffessional, well informed of the procedures that where required from myself and a pleasure to deal with.

At no point did I find any of the dealings to be stressfull, as you would expect from a financial matter, and every piece of advice given was correct first time. The customer service skills at MD&C are the best I have delt with for a long time.

A big plus for the company was that I have been dealing with the same team of people from day one. This is something that most company's dont maintain and as a customer you usually end up feeling like just a number.

I would, and have done, recommend MD&C to both friends and family everytime.

If MD&C could improve their business in anyway it would only be to find away of proving how good they are before you even deal with them.
