What the hell do you call the number on the "contact us" part of their page? Seriously wish people would stop rating before they have even looked properly. Granted on the actual members area i dont think there is any information, but if you go back to the main Cash Plus website you'll find it all

Not sure why your card was missing details, my letter and card had full contact information on it. Only problem was the 10min call to get the pin number, now THAT was annoying. Not to mention they didnt give me a pin to the 2nd card I have for my partner so I will have to re-call them

Once Upon A Time

Once upon a time l got a really cool prepaid card from Orange, had no problems with the first card and the start of my second one, then along came EE and the problem of logging in to my account started, they need to make up their mind what the company should be called totally confusing as the log in page seems to disappear then reappears days later, will not be getting another one, really disappointed as the card is great for using on the internet.

Not To Be Trusted

at first i thought orange cash was good and recommended it to my family, three of them each got one of these cards. after a while when there was money loaded onto the cards, they were all blocked. only two us received an email from the customer services to tell us they now want proof of identity. one member of my family had already sent this a few months ago as proof of age and still can't get her money out and i sent a copy of my work pass and a payslip which they refused. they seem quite picky about what they do accept and should really sort this out before people even get their cards as they may not have sufficient proof of identity. none of the cards had a lot of money in them and there was certainly no sign of criminal activity going on, i only used mine to donate to charities online as i thought it would be safer than using my bank card. i wouldn't recommend it again.

Money Goes Missing

Avoid this card. I used their Android app to top up with my debit card and received a "server has had a hiccup" message during the top up. They managed to charge my bank account but failed to top up my orange cash account. I have spent 3 weeks chasing customer services and their complaints department and they say just they are investigating. I'm ignored by them. In my opinion they are not to be trusted.

Great

I'm 16 and i wanted a card so i could shop online but i didn't want to use a bank card, i have had this card nearly 2 weeks its a great card. it has contactless that is really helpful for quick purchases in places like Greggs and McDonald's. I have purchased a few items online with ease... I can control my account online to check purchases and balances left, I have found this card to extremely useful, I'm glad i purchased this card it was well worth the £5 charge i paid. I have purchased many things at many different places it's never been declined and its accepted everywhere*

*everywhere i go with my card

Had One Of These, Now Moved Over To Another!

they helped me in getting bonuses for my orange phone! like minutes etc, but the prices soon sky rocketed, i found that customer services helped me very minimally... avoid this company choose something legitimate.. was recommended by a friend to move to another company 'CC' i dont understand why this orange has such good reviews...

Happy Holiday!

I am going away on holiday in a few weeks and have been dreading carry a large sum of cash on me. My friend suggested I get a prepaid card. I had never heard of those so she explained what they were and how they worked. I was intrigued with the idea so I applied for one. It was so easy, fast and free of charge, even did it during my lunch break. All I had to do was pop into the shop top up my card with whatever amount I want and they upload it onto the card and let you know your balance. You can check you balance on line or ATM for free. The best part is you can use it abroad and withdraw your money for free. No ATM charges and you spend what you have on the card. It is such a good idea for going on holiday, no fuss about worrying if you loose your money or get robbed. You can get a card for the currency you want and if you lose your card on holiday they can send you emergency cash. Fantastic! So looking forward to my holiday now.

Best There Is!

After hearing again and again on the money advice shows on TV that we ought to be budgeting better, I thought I'd prevent my usual monthly over spending by getting a card I could preload with my spending money. After a bit of research it was clear that the Orange card was the cheapest way to do this (especially if done via the compare and save website for who's customers there is no fee). The Orange card has contact-less payment enabled (great for Pret-a-Manger) and even adds more points to my orange rewards. It took about a week to arrive and I am now using that for everything (great as it also reduces the risk of losing money through losing your main bank card).
