We hired UberBooths for our Wedding in December. We had seen photo booths before at previous weddings we had been to as guests.

We could not have asked for a better service. From placing our deposit right through to our wedding night, nothing was too much for them.

All of our guests had so much fun using the photo booth, and the guestbook we received at the end of the night is something we will keep forever.

Uber booths intended on keeping the deposit & not showing up. Only researched them recently, as i couldnt 100% recall the name & wanted to avoid booking them for an upcoming event in my area. Can not believe they're still in business......

The actual story goes something like this all was well until I paid Uber booths, my deposit back in 2013. After this the friendly conversations ceased.Multiple emails,calls, message ect ignored. After doing my homework I located Grants home address. Fortunately we know an awful lot of people, both good & bad. In an email to Uber booths I explained this & also told them we happened to have a freind who knew him. No sooner was it sent, I received a call from Uber booths, immediately . Unlike all my over polite messages ect I'd sent previously. I was told all forms of communication used by them were miraculously not working at all. Not even the N0.he called me off!!! Exactly !!!Surprisingly Uber booths did in fact attended my wedding. Two of them looked like well dressed wet blankets!!! On edge & pretty useless really, was it something I'd said? Hopefully!!! I had to tell them to get people signing the guest book. Very Poor service compared to others. Everything dumped at the end of the night. But i know I was fortunate they even turned up. I believe prior to "that" email they had no intention of turning up.After reading these reviews I'm convinced. I'm struggling to understand how they're still operating or do they only try this on certain people whom they assume they can get away with it? Mmmmmm

After booking the company back in September 2014 for my wedding this October (2015) I paid the deposit straight away.

I contacted the company in January 2015 to update them with all my new contact details along with all my other suppliers. Heard nothing back from them, so emailed them again 3 months later. STILL NO RESPONSE! Tried searching for the website, this had disappeared and then I came across the bad reviews. So started to panic. Finally found him on facebook and he responded saying he was out but would respond to me straight away the next day. No response. Messaged again - no response for another 3 weeks. Sent a final email explaining I wanted my deposit back as he was clearly scamming! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

So so so glad we booked you for our wedding!! You were amazing!! If you want a photobooth at your wedding Uberbooth is definitely the one you should book.

Booked for my wedding, booth turned up on time and was enjoyed by our wedding guests.

Two weeks later and we hadn't had copies of the pictures that were taken. Contacted Uberbooths and was told they would be sent ASAP. Now been 7 weeks and no photo's, they refuse to respond to e-mails/sms/facebook/twitter/phone calls.

They didn't show up to my wedding!!! Several phonecalls, e-mails, facebook messages sent but no response and no refund. Had to process through small claim courts today. Managed to get my £100 deposit back through PAYPAL but we are still owed £320 by Uberbooths. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Paid up front in advance. Uberbooths did not turn up to my wedding- devastated!
