I have the same issue with Rhino score clock. Did you find a solution?

Wow, Some Dumb Comments, 'it Took Two Of Us To Car
Wow, some dumb comments, 'it took two of us to carry it up two flights of stairs', well it is a full size air hockey table! You were you expecting to carry it up by yourself?? Alot of complaints about its weight.. When it comes to rec room games the heavier the better. Pool tables, foosball, ping pong, any game is better when they are heavy, it's generally a sign of better quality. They are much more stable and harder to disturb, you would rather it move all over when you lean on it? A tip for all those with 'dragging' pucks, buy some 600 grit sandpaper from and lumber store and when your puck begins to drag lay the sandpaper on the table grit side up, put your puck on it and do 5 or 6 circles. Flip it over and do the other side and voila, no drag. The dragging comes from the edges of the pucks getting dented during play, it's not the fault of the table. Took me less than a half hour by myself to put together but then again I'm competent. This is a great table for the price.

Don't Like The High Price? Find One Used On Craigs
Don't like the high price? Find one used on craigslist. Great fun, professional table. Play with 2 pucks on the table at the same time and that is the way to go. 3 pucks at the same time is a riot. If your pucks get slow, just file them down flat and they really fly. The pucks get dented in heavy action, so make sure to file them smooth.
The electronic scoring seems to cut out and doesn't work sometimes.

Very heavy and lots of work to assemble (though not complicated). Pucks drag. Overall well worth the money.

The Rhino Play Air-powered 7.5 ft Hockey Table is close to commercial grade; just like the ones found in the arcade but for a fraction of the price. The table works great for what it is and for the price!

We Like Playing With Our Rhino Play Air-powered 7.
We like playing with our Rhino Play Air-powered 7.5 ft Hockey Table without the nets in place. As it says in the instructions, you must use furniture polish to make the puck slide. Great fun!
It's pretty heavy, took two of us to carry it up two flights of stairs. Also it took only 40 minutes for assembly. Used 2 cordless screw drills. I know it would be tough without them.
Over all great fun. Assembly fairly easy. Everything worked. Loads of fun.

I'm Returning My Rhino Play Air-powered 7.5 Ft Hoc
I'm returning my Rhino Play Air-powered 7.5 ft hockey table to Costco. It was not worth the $$ we paid for it. Unfortunately, I wasted an entire evening of my time (and a friend's) dragging this huge, heavy (over 300 lbs) unwieldy table home. I read the reviews here and found the puck dragging stories to be completely true. The fact that there are no pre-drilled holes requires you to use an electric drill (or good electric screwdriver) to put in what seems like 50 or more screws. Glue is also involved. When it is put together, the table is difficult to move, and the sides of the table are fragile (the wings).

We Purchased The Rhino Air Hockey Table From Costc
We purchased the Rhino Air Hockey Table from Costco in December 2005. Currently, $399cdn
Transporting home is tough, need a trailor or pick up as well as several strong adults for assistance, as the table weighs in at nearly 300 pounds.
Once home the box was in the house and laid flat, it opened easily. All of the components were individually boxed
I was impressed with the constructionDual fans are used by the unit, which places this table above most . the fans work quite well.
Unfortunately, the scoreboard is not working, I have called the 1-800 number and they quickly said they will send a new one, whcih I though was great service, it's been 3 weeks and no scoreboard has arrived yer.
directions are not very good for assembly, no pilot holes.
Assembly was tough taking 2 hours with 3 of us . The fit/finish was great.
all that is left to do is to level the table, and this was easy with the legs on this table.
Action was fast and precise. the table plays great.

Overall I Would Not Have Bought The Rhino Play Air
Overall I would not have bought the Rhino Play Air-Powered air hockey table had I known what was ahead of me. I prefer the Harvard air hockey tables best. This just happened to be on discount at a wholesale company.
