I Have Recently Provided A Review For The Hundora

I have recently provided a review for the Hundora balance bike after much readying about the rims on the wheels coming off. this particularly happens after inflation or in extreme weather conditions. I have found a company on the web who have provided EXCELLENT SERVICE and have shipped me a brand new spare wheel in a matter of days. Check them out, they coem highly recommended, the contact name is russell. His company is at http://www.rufftuffstuff.com/

Hope this helps. These bikes are brilliant and although i have had to buy a new wheel I still think they are great little machines! I wish they were around in my day... cheers nick [email protected]

Balance Bikes Are A Great Way For Kids To Learn To

Balance bikes are a great way for kids to learn to ride and my son loves his bike. However, as with everyone else, we have the same "brake" problem - the brakes rub, squeak, don't release, can't be adjusted so that they work properly and more importantly, safely! We took the bike to a respected local bike shop and they took one look at it and send it is a design fault with the "plastic" rimmed wheels which are prone to expanding and changing shape with the weather / temperature changes. Strangely they suggested we put it in the freezer (which we did not do) but since we've had the freezing cold weather the problem has eased. Not much use as my son naturally prefers to use the bike in warmer conditions. Given this appears to be a design/manufacture defect we are going to try and track down the manufacturer (Hudora) and use the 6 year rule (in which in theory you can make a claim for manufacturing defaults - if you can proof it). Cannot understand why the bike is allowed to continue to be sold and go on disappointing parents and kids alike.

Brakes Rub On Wheels. When Inflated Tyre Comes Awa

Brakes rub on wheels. When inflated tyre comes away. The Hudora Steel Balance Bike is just very flimsy and rubbish!

Cheap and poor quality. Will probably be returning it and getting a different one.

Agree With Other Reviewer, Brakes Rub On Tyre And

Agree with other reviewer, brakes rub on tyre and when adjust then too slack to stop tyre rotation. When the brakes were used they would return to a tight position so always rubbing against tyre. Returned for another bike and same problem after spending another hour putting together!

The Hudora Steel Balance Bike I Bought Had A Probl

The Hudora Steel Balance bike I bought had a problem with the front tyre which, when inflated, came apart from the wheel. My husband is competant at bike maintenance but was unable to align the rear wheel to prevent the brakes from rubbing. We eventually returned the bike to the seller due to its poor quality.

An Excellent Way To Teach Your Kids How To Ride A

An excellent way to teach your kids how to ride a bike. It teaches them how to hone their balance skills rather than concentrating on pedaling. I've used Hudora balance bikes to teach all my kids to cycle and every time when they move up to a 'proper' pedal bike they have found it so much easier.
