Babybond 4D Scan

After having 2 NHS scans and not being able to find the gender of my baby (due to baby posisiton) i booked into have a justgender scan with this company in the hope of fonding out!!

I was not dissapointed!! withing a minute of being scanned i had a definate answer, and amazing views of the baby i had not seen before. This was NOT a 3D, 4D scan i just wanted to know gender.

The lady was incredibly gentle with me, which was lovely as i had been left a little sore on my tummy from the other sonographers being a little rough with me. Overall a lovely experience, and worth every penny!! Just wish i could afford to go private through all my pregancy now!!

It felt slightly rushed to me... The sonographer was ok but we got 1 slightly fuzzy potty shot, then because it crossed it's legs I got about 8 rubbish side head view shots (all pretty much the same looking picture with 2 4d ones (they're ok)...

Because of the one potty shot she went off that and said it looked girly to her (wouldn't give a percentage etc)... And it wasn't put on my scan pic like some people have on their photo....

So anyway got bk home felt deflated for a cpl days as I was confused to whether this was really a girl or not or was she guessing off the fuzzy potty shot.. So I emailed them asking for a little reassurance on what they could see on my scan picture... Nothing, so I emailed them again a cpl days later... Heard nothing again! So now I feel like I totally wasted £80 as I'm going to have to wait for 20wk scan to make me feel sure and at ease anyway!!

First time using babybond (used other 4d places in the past) will not return to this company... Esp the newcastle branch.

Worth every penny ... such lovely service and a nice long leisurely scan to really get to know your lil one ... they do not rush you and put pressure on you regarding the baby's positions etc ... I went in for a gender determination at 16 weeks and the entire process too a lot longer than it should have due to baby's position ...but they were extremely patient and accommodating ... Once we started going, it was great ...they took time to show me everything in detail and it was an overwhelming experience ... we also got a lovely DVD of it all and clear photos

We went to Babybond for both of my wife's pregnancy and found them to be excellent.

They are very accommodating, friendly and professional. They are happy to spend that extra bit of time with you to get the baby into the right position so you can see some great pictures of them.

We also went for a late scan (38 weeks) to check on progress and wellbeing and they were very knowledgeable about areas such as baby positioning.

All in all I'd highly recommend going to BabyBond for a 3D/4D scan (4d is basically a video of a 3d scan incase you were wondering!)

It does cost a bit, but we found it a great way to bond with our unborn children.
