Cubezz sent me the wrong cube. I spent $6 to send the cube back to them and they promised to send me the correct cube or refund my money. WOW How naive i was to believe these people. After a month of sending messages to them, they won't even write back to me to make this right and keep me as a customer. This company does not value it's customers. Be Aware!!! if something goes wrong they will not help you. Spend a little more money with someone else who wants your business and who will value your business. I made this purchase January 8th and now its March 4th and they still will not answer me. I do not trust this company from China"

Unfortunately I had to provide 1 star in order to write this review.  They take your money and send out nothing! How disappointing it was not to have the one gift your child asked for Christmas not be under the tree! They totally suck! Talk about being a Grinch!  BUYER BEWARE! Shop The Cubical or Amazon for Rubik's cubes that will actually be delivered.

Cubes has no customer service. Two months and nothing has arrived. Have sent emails re: tracking numbers and got the run around. Not worth the hassle . DONT buy from them, even if the prices seem good, good luck in getting your items!

A business is only as good as their customer service. At Cubezz the customer is never right. Good luck to you in if ever run in to a problem with your orders, they never answer your emails and will only respond (negatively and rudely) when you file a dispute with the payment company. Stay away from this company.

I ordered 3 items from cubezz. In the summary stage they showed in BOLD and RED letters the amount INCLUDING FREE SHIPPING. However, while entering the payment information they added $26 shipping charge. Less than 30 minutes after I placed the order I realized this charge in the confirmation email. There was no phone number and no chat to contact them. So I had to send them an email which I did immediately. They responded within a few hours saying they will try to stop the shipment. 2 days later I get a notification that they have to change the carrier so obviously they did not ship and they did not stop the shipment. Clearly, the lure you into buying from them but then cheat you with outrages shipping costs which they add last minute after showing $0 shipping.

I ordered a cube for my son and its never gotten here. No reply either from company. I am sure we will never see the product ordered.

I've order over six weeks ago and my order still hasn't arrived. i've tried contacting them but have had no reply! I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

I bought 2 cubes for my son in October to give to him at Xmas. The triangle cube would not turn at the tip and the second cube had stickers fall off it.

I sent several emails plus left feedback on their website a large number of times and they STILL HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME!!!

REALLY BAD Customer Service. I would NOT Reccomend to buy from them as they take your money, sell faulty products then TOTALLY IGNORE all questions on how to have them replace. This company is DODGY...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

The customer service on this site is non existent, there is no way to get a response from them, one item was missing from my order, they never responded to my emails, i had to open a dispute on paypay and they tricked me saying that they would refund if i closed the dispute, i trusted them and of course they never refunded, i used to expend $30-$40 a month in this store and they decided to lose a customer for a $6 item.

Order took 1 day to process and 19 days to get to Texas. Received just what I ordered. The packaging was sufficient and the cubes were legit. I ordered 3 different cubes. I have only given the WitTwo 2x2x2. My son was thrilled. The other cubes (ZhiSheng red egg and Shengshou mirrored silver cube) will be presented to him for Easter.
