Don't Shop Here! Unacceptable, Appalling Experience!

Bought a pair of Nike trainers at FL Bluewater in July, 3 months later with non-daily wear the material on the inside of the heel had worn and the plastic heel support was exposed, causing nasty blisters and making them unwearable. Took back to store to be told it was wear and tear. Wasn't happy so they gave me email to contact. Sent photos and explanation, response was that my son had misused them and to go to Trading Standards. I asked how and why would he misuse a pair of much loved trainers and their response was he wasn't putting them on properly and had broken the heel support, go to Trading Standards. I replied heel support wasn't broken, and that they had a legal obligation to return the trainers to the manufacture to prove they had been misused and weren't faulty ... their response - go to Trading Standards. Went to Trading Standards and now expose them daily on Twitter to anyone else complaining about them on there, encouraging them to go to Trading Standards too. Latest response ... an email saying 'Thank you for choosing Foot Locker ... We hope that your recent contact with our Customer Service Center has given you full satisfaction. We would appreciate your feedback on how we can improve your customer service experience further - please take our customer service satisfaction survey'. The gall of this company is unreal! DO NOT SHOP THERE! Wish I'd looked at their reviews first!

Footlocke joke company with the worst customer service in existance regret buying any product from them. Got pair of trainers from them within couple of weeks litteraly 5 weeks fell apart..sole was fine took it back to store advise email shop support @ only to wait 3 weeks to be tkld to go back to store merely 25 miles away. Went back to store and store manager blames it on wear and tear 5 weeks Addidas should never wear out should be sign up to say (this is fake )...told to email shop support again only to be emailed back to say take it up with trading standard ...Do Not Buy from them and i will be taling it up with ST

cancelled my order ages after I ordered it! How long does it take for a company to determine that an item is out of stock! LAZY!

Canceled Order Without Informing Us

I ordered a gift card online and when I had not yet received it after 11 days I first tried to determine the status of the order online and was not able to do so. Then I called the company and was told there was a problem with payment verification. They said I would be transferred to that department but I was immediately cut off. When I called the second time I was told I should not have been forwarded to that department. However, they said the order had been cancelled because they were unable to verify payment. I told them we were opening Christmas presents in two days and I now had no gift for one grandchild and why wasn't I notified that there was a problem. After some hesitation she tried to claim that they sent an email (9 days after the order was made) but I told her I was on the email account and there was no email from them at any time in the inbox or junk mail files. For the record, we have an excellent credit rating. I will not be buying anything from Footlocker for our large family and since they all know what happened I doubt that they will either. I can accept that there may have been some confusion such as a typing error of the card number but I can not accept just cancelling an order without notification.

False Advertising

My husband only wears Brooks Beast because they were recommended by his orthopedic surgeon after knee replacement. We were looking for a closer shop to get them and Footlocker popped up as having them in his size. He went to the store and they don't even carry Brooks shoes. My husband was very upset when they tried to sell him some other shoe. Total waste of time and very disappointed

Bad Online Experience

placed an order online, when I went to use the military discount, the verification service they use did not apply the discount, called customer service and was told there is nothing they can do, told them to cancel the order I placed last night and they said they cant cancel it either. its locked in. asked for a manager and he just spoke down to me and basically said again nothing can be done to cancel an order, even though its not in ship status. At no time did anyone ever attempt to keep me as a customer.

Yes I like that store it's not bad there are good shoes but they smell sometimes but their not bad in my opinion I am saying that store is good for me so for my review I take it as a yes there are awesome shoes

Stained Goods

I purchased a tracksuit from here. It arrived in good time and all seemed well. When I opened it up there was a stain on the trouser leg that looked like grease. It probably would have come out in the wash but if you wash the garments they cant be returned. I had no choice but to return them. The staff we're reluctant to process my refund and we're quite rude and uptight abut it but I got there in the end.

Don't buy from them online is the moral of this story I suppose.

Sneaker Release With Incompetent Staff

Footlocker executives, leaders, managers should be accountable for customer experience and hiring incompetent employees. My husband and I stood on line from 5am to get the new sneaker release for our son to then be faced with an incompetent worker that ignored the line and handed the tickets to the thugs that surrounded him even though he had police assistance. I would urge customers to not support footlocker. Every other chain ensures the safety of their customers and value their support why not footlocker do the same.

Dishonest People

I made an online purchase for $82.37 and the charged my card another $80.76.I called and ask why they are two charges to my card,they told me one is a hold to make sure the transaction goes through.I return the item and they sent $129.33 to my account short of $33.80.When i called back about the refund they told me call back i two weeks.
