Bought a pair of Ricosta boys school shoes for my 6 year old son from Clever Clogs in Falkirk in July 2012. Very soft and comfortable but unfortunately the sole is totally worn flat after 2 months of school wear. Should have known better when we bought a pair of boots last winter and the soles were worn within a couple of months! We were assured that it would not happen with the school shoes by the lady at Clever Clogs. We brought the school shoes back to the shop to show the lady that it had happened again but she was having none of it and blamed it on the way our son was wearing the shoes (he doesn't even play football!). My wife tried to explain that this does not happen with any of his other shoes, but the lady was having none of it. We were a bit dissappointed with the service Clever Clogs provided as we were not looking for a refund or discount, just that she takes on the comments when she sells her next pair of Ricosta shoes. This is the fifth pair of shoes we bought from Clever Clogs and expected better!
