They may be one of the cheapest but they are most certainly not worth it! The products arrive NOT as sold and the boxes are very damaged with the contents falling out.

When you approach Bowmeows to either get a replacement or your money back they are very good at passing the buck to their supplier and worming their way out of all responsibility.

Their suppliers tell you to go to the provider and Trading Standards say that it is the provider who holds the direct responsibility with the customer and not the supplier. However, Bowmeows just want to get rid of you and they have the most cunning and devious methods of business practice that I have ever known. You will never get your money back or a replacement so PLEASE don't touch them in the first place. Not unless you want a whole lot of agro and be heavily out of pocket!!

I originally wrote my review in 2013 and was very happy with bowmeows but have since stopped using them as there customer service was terrible, saying things had been sent out when they hadn't not updating me when products were out of stock. I won't be using them again.

I've been using Bowmeows for years and I've never had any problems. They have excellent delivery service, quick, on time and always well packaged. They are well priced in the market, pass on offers frequently and I would not shop anywhere else. I do price comparisons to make sure I'm always getting a good price, and I cannot fault them.

i have used bowmeows for quite a while and always find their prices are very competitive, also the customer service is excellent, they are very efficient, helpful and friendly.

I've been using bowmeows.co.uk for a while now as they're consistently cheaper than any other online store. The goods always arrive well packaged the next day (if ordered before 11am), and delivery is free if your order is over £30.00. They also supply you with a tracking number for the courier, which is handy. Never have I had a problem with either incorrect or damaged goods.

All in all, a delightfully stress-free experience!

An attractive and welcoming website that is easy to navigate, very competative prices with S&H included, checkout via Paypal possible, and most importantly, friendly and helpful customer service - even when I queried a price increase and asked if they could price match my previous order they couldn't have been nicer about saying no ;-)

I can't imagine why anyone would shop anywhere else.
