Ordered and nothing arrived. Talk all professional but just rip off people, excuse after excuse. Sent confirmation that a refund had been sent, I could have knocked it up in Afew minutes to try to fool someone.

Weeks later after lots of emails they replied and said I should have had the refund. I contacted my bank and had to open a charge back claim.

I cannot imagine a more ignorant company. I made an order on the 25th October 2022, I have not received this order after all this time.

I queried this order a few times over the last two months after being told the items ordered were not in stock. I would not have even known the items were no in stock if I had not contacted JMD after the delivery never came. That in itself is terribly ignorant.

I have had no word from JMD in weeks, the last time they responded was the 14th November. They are holding £475.20 of my money.

No one to answer calls, and no one to answer email inquiries either. I requested a refund via email weeks ago and have heard nothing.

I appreciate Christmas and bank holidays get in the way, but this company clearly do not communicate well with customers at any time. They have a website set up to sell goods which are not in stock. They simply pass blame to customers for not checking stock at the time of ordering.

If you do not stock items, do not sell them, mark items as out of stock. Other websites clearly show when an item is not in stock, therefore they don't take people's money for nothing. If you do not have staff, again stop selling what you do not stock.

Sadly this is the extremely negative experience with this poorly managed company who out of greed has held my money and I expect many other people's money in a time which is bad enough for people financially. Sickening really.

My advice would be to steer well clear of this company, they seem to have no respect for people.
