Bought a pair of Beats Solo headphones and within 3 month warranty the cable became faulty with no sound through left earphone. Contacted ITL only to be told that the cable is not covered by their 3 month warranty only the headphones. I have pointed out that by purchasing said item I am entering into an agreement to buy a complete product - headphones and cable not two separate items, as what good is one without the other? Wish I had known this before I made my purchase and would have bought a brand new pair with a proper warranty and set of guarantees.

Lack of response to emails via ebay but will be taking this as far as possible in order to get what I am entitled to, a free replacement cable.

Moral of the story? Clearly establish what their so-called Warranty coverage entitles you to as they clearly think that a headphones and cable isn't one item!

I bought my Beats from this site on Sunday bank holiday and received it within 2 days great service and always able to get hold of them if unsure, the beats work great! 5 star service,

I wasn't very pleased with the charger cable as every time I charge my iPhone 5 when it's fully flat it takes longer to charge unless my phone has some battery life left also when charging using the cable my phone displays a message saying that the cable is a uncertified cable and may not charge. The cable covering is very hard and not as flexible either this is why even tho it was a great price and good delivery timing by the company I would not buy this again

I was very dissatisfied with this product. I bought it 7 days ago and the initial connection to the phone was dodgy and wouldn't charge without moving the cable around. It has now consequently come apart from the phone connection end and I have had to buy another one from a different supplier.

I bought two 3 m lightning sync cables recently.

They work fine for my iPhone but I was unsure about my iPad. IT online shop told me that although it says 'not charging' on my iPad it really was charging and they were right.

Very disappointed, I bought two of these charger cables my iPhone 5. I can't fault the payment and delivery service, the cables arrived quickly.

The cables worked for about one day!!!! One is now not workin at all and the other barely charges my phone to 20% after about an hour.

Overall your better off spending a bit extra and getting the genuine cables from Apple!
