Great site for flavourings (but too many to choose from!) Ordered on a Wednesday at 2pm and delivery arrived 8am next morning. I had a few questions so emailed and the people were really helpful and replied within minutes, the best service I have ever had from an on-line shop, very pleased thank you.

The range of favours is amazing and all syn free for my slimming world recipes, I particularly like the cheesecake flavours and the chocolatey ones (chocolate brownie is very good) I was going to buy the larger bottles but glad I didn't as a little goes a very long way so will last for ages.

no delivered items and I called to be greated with unprofessional and appauling customer service. Told I woulod be sent proof of delivery. Did not recieve any. Emailed 4 times. Further action will be taken. Read the reviews, alot with same storie as mine. Coincidence??? Not.

I had heard about the flavourings and was interested in trying them for myself.

Unfortunately I am not quite as accomplished in online shopping as I had hoped and made a bit of a mess.

I emailed enquiries as soon as soon as I got my confirmation email and realised I hadn't put the flavours I wanted. Within minutes I had another email from them,amending my order.

I placed the order on thursday 10th September and today. the 11th, they have arrived.

I can't praise them enough and am now looking forward to using them myself.

I think the only thing I have a complaint about is that I couldn't understand how to get my flavours.

Order arrived next day, well packaged, even though I only ordered at 3pm. Response to a question I asked was made within minutes and gave very helpful advice and the hard to source products were fantastic (couldn't find them anywhere else) great company can highly recommend, prices, quality and service were exceptional.

The flavours were so strong and tasted exactly as described, I use them for Slimming World recipes and now my husband has borrowed them for his e-liquids but not to worry as there is still loads left even after several uses, very happy customer.

I am just about to re-order and will buy the 100 bottle option so I have lot's to go at and can give some away to friends, I have recommended your flavourings to everyone, they are awesome.

A few of my favourites are Banoffee Pie, Lemon Meringue, Champagne, Custard and Coconut.

Not good value for money, awful customer service. Some people working for this company have no manners and not interested in being courteous and professional to customers. I'm not the only one who thinks this. I've read the Google review from a man and I can't agree more. Extremely unprofessional. Word of mouth is everything.

Love this company, I have been buying for years and have always received excellent products and excellent service, I have recently bought loads of their flavourings, which are fantastic, never seen a range of flavours like it!

Orders always arrive within a couple of days and the quality of the items are tops. Have contacted them many times and always had fast and helpful service, I love the girls here they have so much knowledge and are always willing to offer any advice you need. They probably get sick of all my questions but they always seem happy to oblige (sorry if I pester but I never know what to choose)

Had a real treat recently as had the chance to visit their shop and I was like a little girl in a sweet shop, hope to pay a visit again soon, meanwhile I will keep ordering on-line, love the fact that the flavours are so useful for my diet recipes.

The buy any 5 pack is great and I usually buy a different selection every couple of weeks, can highly recommend, the flavours are very strong so go a long way and huge range.

delivered 3kg of fondant, 5 had been ordered. Seller assure delivery of missing item by wed 17th- wedding on 20th. Email am of 17th- items cancelled- now 5 cakes baked, only enough fondant to cover 3- my wedding has been ruined- HORRID COMPANY- LIARS

Cupcake world review - stay well clear, absolutely appalling customer service and company

Hopefully people will read this review before placing an order as it will hopefully save you a lot of hassle. I wish I had read reviews before ordering.

So I placed an order on the 18th of august, didn't receive any confirmation emails or no email correspondence. Checked my bank account and the money had been taken out .

waited a week (well 8 days) and sent an email to check the status of my order.

i received an email back claiming that and confirmation email had been sent and the items had been dispatched and delivered.

I replied asking for tracking information so I could follow thing up. however did not get a response and after numerous emails still not getting any response. ridiculous .

so basically the company has my money and I have no goods,!

I was even going to go to the effort of speaking to the courier/delivery company to try and get to the bottom of my order , however without any information that can't be done.

My guess is the order hadn't even been sent out hence not being able to supply and courier info.

its such an easy problem to sort out as well. I mean theres three options......refund.......replace............or just keep my money, ignore emails and carry on ...............they chose the latter option.

I hope this review stops people being in the same boat as me .

We had heard alot about this shop from friends so decided to visit today - well what can i say OH MY WORD - what an amazing place. I only had one problem I seemed to revert back to a child in a sweet shop - there was so much to look at. I had been told the staff were helpful but they really are they couldn't do enough for me - prices are very reasonable and the colours they have in sugarpaste is fantastic - i will never need to mix another colour again!!!!! Yipeeeeee. Definately worth a visit or two or three.........

The best shop you can think of for all your icing and cake decorating needs. They have over 100 different colours of icing and a great new range of flavourings. I was also lucky enough to attend one of their sugarcraft lessons, and as a beginner was amazed at what I was able to achieve thanks to the teaching.
