Fantastic boots. Got these through Groupon for an absolute bargain. Because you can unzip them it's like having two pairs of boots. I definitely recommend and will be purchasing another pair this winter.

My boots arrived and looked fab - i have had them for a yesr do 1 x winter got them out this winter and started to wear them and within a week a hole developed on one of the boots in the toe area - a week later the same of the other foot - the thing is these are big on me so its not like i have squeezed my feet into them! So would i recommend them, or buy them again errrr NO

Absolutely love them, told all my friends. A beautiful colour and great fit. Highly recommended. The structured heel counter stops the boots from collapsing, unlike my pair of UGG's.

Using a Groupon for Redfoot Zippy Boots aka Clever Pretty Shoes, I purchased a pair last Fall. When I opened them to use for the winter one of the boots was defective. It appeared it was a sample boot or a return as it was used, broken in and disfigured. I contacted Groupon, but since it was later than the return policy they would not do anything. I contact Clever Pretty Shoes. They send me a return postage to return them, however, it was only good if I lived in Europe. I contacted them again asking for a US postage return label and never heard back. Contacted them about 4 times before giving up.

I had to throw the boots away as they could not be worn.

I would never order from this company again and advise caution if they post a special through Groupon again.

I have bought Sheepskin Zippy Boots from Redfoot on a couple of occasions. On latest occasion one zip was stuck on a boot. Redfoot offered free return postage to get the boot repaired or replaced even though they had been worn a couple of times. This is the level of custoer service that makes customers return. The boots were of good quality apart fronm the fault.
