I received the completely wrong colour of tissue paper, the phone number is not in use, I called the building in Manchester of the address they gave... they don't occupy the building. I called the distribution centre who sent the items who were no help. finally I got an email with a return address, but surprise surprise, no refund to my account since November. No answer to phone, mailbox is full. take my advise, do not buy from this company.

DO not use this company. I placed an order over 2 wks ago, Hotmail flagged their email address as 'failing fraud detection tests', once I had placed the order. I have not received my items. I have emailed the company twice, their phone mail box is full, no one is online for their so called 'online support'. Clearly a fake company out to take money.
