Pure Collection 100% Cashmere Pashmina Shawl

I love this company polite efficient , fast and very helpful bought amazing cashmere, any cashmere expert knows that's cashmere can pill there's does but nothing a comb can't sort out and iv experiences worse from other companies,

I usually buy Brora cashmere and have been very happy with my purchases,

but last spring I decided to get some cardigans from Pure Collection in some fresh colours.

After a couple of wears, the fabric started to shed vastly and then pile a lot.

When I took one item back to the shop and complained about the quality, they fobbed me off with another one, even though I requested a refund.

They claim that to handle the shedding and bobbling, I need to wash it and comb it a lot!

What rubbish!

Cashmere needs to be washed when dirty and there is no need for combing, only picking out the very few ever bobbles.

Steer clear. The spend your money elsewhere.

I bought 2 cashmere items from pure collection, have experienced excessive bobbling with both items, this was far worse than any other cashmere purchased from other companies,I also did not think the cashmere was as good quality as others. Pure collection's customer service department have ignored my email of complaint.

please do not order from them, they have a bad return policy, it is an English company and even though they say their return policy is like ours, it is NOT!

This article did not tally with the picture in the catalogue.The neck was not as high and started rather lower down . Also one sleeve was almost two inches longer than the other ! Inspite of your claim regarding quality

control it failed badly with this article .

All I've ordered from Pure has been exactly as shown. The customer service is wonderful & they often have sales. Prices are fair for such high quality & design.

Cashmere is expensive - but you get what you pay for and Pure Collection is definitely excellent quality and value for money.
