Ordered Goods Before Christmas,was Not Told The It

Ordered goods before Christmas,was not told the item was out of stock,contacted customer service!! and asked them to amend part of the order to a new dely address,as it was a christmas present,was assured it would be done at extra cost,however this did not happen,I called several times to complain,never got through I also e mailed them at the end of December,still no-one has ever contacted me. Would not recommend this company.

Following Many Attempts To Get Through By Email An

Following many attempts to get through by email and phone finally got through by phone on the "order something" line. My query re outstanding refund for an item ordered before Christmas was passed on with promise to ring back "within 24hrs" - didn't happen. Got through again and finally somebody promised a cheque "within 7 days" - still waiting. Evidently because they've been taken over they couldn't just credit my card! I live in hope.

I Had Never Heard Of Dibor Before My Order And Wis

I had never heard of Dibor before my order and wish things had stayed that way. I am supprised that Amazon still allow them to trade through their site. No delivery of order, imposible to make contact with them. If I could could make a negative star rating I would, they are that bad.

I Ordered From Them 26th Jan And They Didn't Take

I ordered from them 26th Jan and they didn't take my payment or send the goods. I did get hold of someone on the phone today (sounded like the same voice as on the automated service, if that is genuine?!) and she said they were moving warehouse so their phone lines were affected. However I too looked on companies house and it said they'd gone into liquidation. She said this was incorrect and the google sat map that shows they are running the business from a terrace house is incorrect too! My credit card had to be cancelled because from 29th Jan it was being used fraudulently so they won't be able to take my payment whenever they think they are going to! Having read these reveiws I won't be giving them my new credit card number when it arrives!

Like other reviewers, ordered an item from Dibor early this year but still have not received it and cannot get through to the company despite many attempts. Companies House website states Dibor (UK) Ltd is in liquidation.

Ordered At Beginning Of January And The Money Was

Ordered at beginning of January and the money was taken from my account very quickly. My goods did not arrive and I called to be told that one item was not in stock but that they could dispatch the other 2 items seperately. I have actually received the two items, but the missing item is still to materialise. Can't get through on phone anymore and e-mails ignored. Very disappointing and will not use this company again.

I Don't Know What Is Happening With This Company.

I don't know what is happening with this company. I ordered some items a few weeks ago which have not arrived. Have phoned several times a day and sent emails but have no replies and the telephone is always busy! Does anyone know what is going on - this is dreadful customer service

I Believe They May Either Have Gone Into Liquidati

I believe they may either have gone into liquidation or having a cash flow crisis. I have a credit note with them going back to last August, which I've tried to use during January and I've had the same problems as everyone else, phone lines continually engaged (called approx 3 times a day for 2 weeks), no answer to e-mails (3 sent so far). Thought I would try and order on the internet to see if this would be allowed, this seemed to be working, at least you get to the point where you can pay, which I didn't. I would suggest not using this company until someone answers a phone there!

I'm Still Waiting For Over Month For My £70

I'm still waiting for over month for my £70 refund, I have called everyday about ten times for the past two weeks.

I email everyday twice and have had no response.

I have now contacted my bank to try and get a refund that way.

Do NOT order from them you wont get your item and you wont be able to get hold of them.

From the sounds of it this company don't do refunds.

They must have gone bust!
