Bioeffect Egf Serum: Good, But Not Worth All The Hype
I bought the 15ml bottle of Bioeffect's EGF Serum about 6 months ago, because after all the hype about it being "revolutionary" I wanted to see how good it was.
I received the serum in a very stylish green and white box, which included instructions about exactly how to use it and how great it is. Firstly, 15ml is not a lot, but in saying that, you really don't need to use much - there's a little pippet in the bottle, and 3 drops a night was enough for my face. In the beginning I felt that it had a slightly sticky quality to it, but apparently I was using too much and so that went away when I started using a little less. The company recommends that you use it for 6 weeks before expecting any major results, but I have to admit that (compared to my regular moisturiser) it did reduce fine lines and I think my complexion improved within the first few weeks. Overall, I'd say that it IS a good moisturiser and it does improve complexion and fine lines, but the question is do you want to pay €100 for it? The bottle lasted me about 3 months, using it once a day before going to bed ... mmm, €33 a month? I think it's very expensive and I guess it's a question of how much of a difference you feel it makes.
Like I said in the title, it's good, but I'm not sure it deserves all the hype.
