WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I would never go back to this place ever again. I feel like my hair has been completely butchered. Where the hell do they find these people?

Despite booking in with a "senior director" who allegedly has over 6 years of experience (and also one of the most expensive stylists), she clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing. She didn't have the skills or knowledge to advise me on hair colour and kept looking through the colour chart for an answer to my questions (which she clearly didn't find). Communication clearly wasn't a strong point with her. When it came to cutting my hair, despite me saying I HATE feathers at the front of my hair, she proceeded to cut feathers into the front of my hair and hacked into my fringe. (The haircut took a total of 10 mins at best - longer than the substandard hair wash she gave me). It was evident that her technique wasn't that of someone with years of experience. When I reiterated that I hate the way the feathery front looks, she told me I would just have to let it grow back! I left the salon with patchy colour and looking like like I'd let my 10 year old niece loose on my hair with a pair of scissors.

I am really annoyed, angry, and extremely disappointed as I expected more from somewhere like this (particularly for the amount they charged me!). My hair looked a million times better before I went into the salon!
