Indesit DFG15B1K Full-size Dishwasher

Bought this item after researching, however when it arrived it looked very 'plastic'. The first wash produced bad results and I thought perhaps that it was my fault for loading incorrectly. I set the dishwasher numerous times following the first use and all washes produced the same dirty, grainy items. I took photos to prove my point and asked for the item to be collected for a refund, however they insisted on sending an engineer out to repair, even though I had the photographic evidence to prove the item was faulty. After lots of phone calls and wasted time (the engineers and mine), they decided that I could have a refund. It turned out that the pump was broken (and this was a new machine!)
