Disaster Company. Please Read This Review
I paid £4850 in February 2016. I cancelled 4 days later doing everything correctly and legally. I have copies of all contract cancelled. I have tried numerous avenues and have been unsuccessful. I am now at the end of my tether and WARN PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Not worth the name never mind the product.

Unbelievably Bad!
Like the other reviewers I have lost £7000 paid as a deposit. Initially I was told by sales rep installation would be a month - then by the surveyor about 8 weeks. The reason for the large deposit - 50% - was the need to order the supplies up front. As I had no contact after 8 weeks I contacted them - eventually - and was told they were waiting for an upgrade - and was given a definite installation date of beginning of February - 4 months after order. I contacted them again end of January and was told the new upgrade was just coming in and I would be informed of the new installation date. I wrote a letter of complaint and they didn't have the courtesy to acknowledge it, never mind answer any of the complaints. I managed to talk to a manager who gave me another 'definite' installation date of 14 March - confirmed by email. I phoned 10 days before and was told the installation team would arrive 8.30 to 9am. Surprise surprise no one arrived! I again phoned and snother manager said he would phone back - he didn't. I wrote again - no response. My solicitor wrote again no response.
This is a company that has no interest in customers - KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THEM.

Telephone Robbers
Do not touch this company, we paid a 25% deposit of over £3K at the end of Nov, luckily our technical survey could not be completed, or else we'd have paid another25%. We changed our mind and submitted paperwork 4 days later, despite repeated contact, we have not got our money back. There is a complicated interaction between the heating manufacturers and this company, who are resellers, they say they are separate companies, but that's not clear. They are recruiting salespeople like mad - do NOT be taken in like we and so many others have.

Was taken for almost £7,000 deposit 9 months ago, only to have to wait 7 months for the heating to be fit. Within a couple of weeks it all had to be removed as it was unsafe & we had to wait another month for a new batch - still not working properly. Don't be taken in by these rogues, we have had no contact from them, all my dealings have gone through a different company. All comes across a bit dodgy if you ask me! Avoid them like the plague, cos that's all they are - vermin.

Please please please do not pay any money to this bogus company. I paid a deposit of £1750 but then decided to cancel well within the 14 day cooling off period . I cancelled in writing and by email and by phone this was back in august but got nowhere I then got trading standards involved but they got nowhere so I started a small claim against them in December which they defended saying that I didn't cancel in time . I finally got judgement against them but when I delved a bit deeper on company check they already have 5 other C,C,Js against them which are unpaid and the director of this company also has unpaid judgments against him and other companies he,s been involved with have all been dissolved owing thousands . BE WARNED.Ive only given one star cause they wont let me leave none

3 Months On And No Contact
I signed up for a full heating system in early November 2015 with a 25% deposit. The surveyor called a week later and duly took a further 25% with a promise of January installation. January came and went and despite promises of a letter with regard to the delay, and telephone promises I still have no installation date. Please be wary of this company I wish I had been.
The internet is full of praise for the company and its inavative heating system but it appears the company doesn't live up to the expectation.

My Dad is in the exact same position. 5 grand down with nothing to show for it and another 5 to pay whenever they eventually come to install it. All from a cold call. Worst still the technology and their claims of money saving are just plucked from the sky. Electricity costs more than Gas. Ignore the graphene hype these are pretty much just electric heaters. You could buy and fit similar yourself from B&Q for a tenth of the price. Look up the director of the company, easy to do on the internet these days
