Orient Fans

One of the worst fans I've ever seen is Orient. It has a very high velocity. But this velocity is for nothing. I bought the Together 2 Wall Fan. One is now useless in that. It works perfectly. But there was no wind available.

Dear orient,

I using Orient table fan 27..since from 2 months recently I got some problem in fans motors it's running and vibrating to high...I registered my complain on Friday 15.7.16 . customer care said me technical will resolve your problem in 24hrs...

On Friday I registered my complain on Saturday nobody came,on Sunday again I registered my complain Monday nobody came ...hence on Monday I got a call from orient: two ladies.they don't know how talk with customer on phone illiterate girl bloody maids child. you orient have kept uneducated cheap tele callers from slum to resolve customers problem she don't even know how to talk....I request you Orient better keep some educated staff in your company to resolve customers problem genuinely on time..

I request you to please look into the matter very seriously!I am not satisfied with Orient staff.

Orient is one of the worst fan that i have ever seen.

It has very highy speed. But that speed is for nothing, Bcs no wind effect gor us. I bought 3 wall fan togather. In that 2 are useless now. Its working perfectly. But no wind available. That means working for nothing

New FANS making noise as like time of INDRA GANDHI.

I am very upset to see such a worst customer services. I am feeling like, I have done a very big mistake after buying Orient cooler.

My cooler is noising like a generator just within 15 days and executive says that it’s a normal noise (Initially there was no noise).

Now do u want me to buy a new cooler and run simultaneously with my this collar to show your executive that it’s a generator not a cooler ?????

Your executive was just not listening anything and just left after saying that it’s normal noise but I can guarantee that initially there was no noise. You can’t sleep in night, it’s noising so badly.

Even when I asked him to replace the indicator of collar that was not working, he said he don’t have it currently. I complained before 2 months almost and I didn’t hear from anyone of your side.

This is really disgusting service I saw from any seller. I am sure not to buy any product in future and will suggest others.

I have purchased a fan in 17/06/2013. I got complaint in fan. when I complaint in Toll free No. in 18/06/2013 he gives me complaint Number and he give me 48 Hrs time to attend complaint but still no one attend my complaint & I complaint regularly on 18/06/2013 he again give 48 hrs time. service is very poor. They have service center in New Delhi but the way of talking is third class. My experience is very bad with Orient service center The all Orient fans are duplicate worst fan of India don't buy orient fan so I do not suggest purchasing Orient Fan to anyone.

have purchased a fan in 2010 but in 1 months I got complaint in fan. As no one was attending the telephone, email was sent on 3rd Sept. 2010.

Till date Nobody attend has attended my complain. the service is very ,very,very poor. My experience is worst with Orient service centre so I do not suggest purchasing Orient Fan to anyone.

I have purchased a fan in 2009 but in 11 months I got complaint in fan.

Nobody attend my complain after 20 days & service is very poor. They have service centre in Badli New Delhi but the way of talking & .......... is third class. My experience is very bad with Orient service centre so I do not suggest purchasing Orient Fan to anyone.

Tough fan, outstanding finish. Traditional models, lacking as per modern trends. The company should look into launching new models of ceiling fans, keeping in mind the latest designs available in the market.
