The Kenwood Sb105is A Nice Little Machine I Wish T
The Kenwood SB105is a nice little machine i wish they had made it durable.
The main drive sprocket taking power from the drive motor to the sprocket on the bowl to rotate the blades is made of plastic (both parts). They wear at an incredibly quick rate. Ours has done 30 sessions of mixing a drink and the teeth on the sprocket are almost unusable now.
The rubber gasket seal at the bottom of the mixing bowl is difficult to remove for cleaning.

Bought My Kenwood Sb105 Junior Smoothie Maker In J
Bought my Kenwood SB105 Junior Smoothie Maker in January and was so impressed I told my Mum and Dad to buy one. They picked one up that was broken, where teeth mesh to drive the blades. They exchanged that one and within 2 weeks their new one was broken in the same way. Mine lasted until April with regular use until breaking in exactly the same way.
I advise you not to buy this...invest in something better built!

We Used The Kenwood Sb105 Junior Smoothie Maker Ab
We used the Kenwood SB105 Junior Smoothie Maker about 2-3 times a week. After about 4 months the tap leaked and last night the tap fell off making the smoothie maker useless. Not built to last.

The Kenwood Sb105 Junior Is A Very Powerful Smooth
The Kenwood SB105 Junior is a very powerful smoothie maker, and it does the job a treat; even chopping up nuts. However, the dispenser is useless if you like your smoothies any thicker than water consistency. The handle also broke off it within weeks. It is very difficult to clean, and after only about 6 weeks of use I will be getting rid of it as you cannot clean inside the dispenser properly, or under the seal at the bottom of the jug.
